I have created a second account by accident. What do I do?

We do not encourage users to have two Prezzee accounts as this will create confusion in your Prezzee Wallet. Each account is linked to your email address so if you accidentally make another account you will not be able to view any existing Gift Cards you already own from a previous account.

To consolidate your accounts, simply re-gift all your eGift Cards to your main Prezzee account.
