I have created a second account by accident. What do I do?

We don't encourage customers to have two Prezzee accounts as this can create confusion as to which Prezzee Wallet your cards are stored in. 

Each account is linked to a unique email address and phone number to make it harder to create duplicate accounts.

If you do happen to accidentally create a second account you don't want you will have to log into that account, download any eGift Cards you still want as a PDF, then contact us on help@prezzee.com.au or 02 9093 2777 (9am-5pm Mon-Fri) to delete the account.
