Phone App Issue

If you experience an app related issue such as freezing, crashing or slow response, restarting the Prezzee app and/or your smart phone may resolve the issue. 

Don’t worry, your eGift Cards are safe from an app or phone restart. 

For Apple iPhone users

To restart the Prezzee app, follow the below steps.

  1. On the Home Screen, double press the Home button
  2. Find the Prezzee app and flick forward away from the Home button
  3. Press the Home button to return to the Home Screen
  4. Locate and launch the Prezzee app

To restart your Apple iPhone, follow the below steps. 

  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
  3. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

For Android Phone users

To restart the Prezzee app, follow the below steps.

  1. Locate the task switcher button (it usually looks like a square icon: ▢)
  2. Find the Prezzee app and swipe left or right
  3. Tap "O" or swipe upwards to return to the Home Screen
  4. Locate and launch the Prezzee app

To restart your Android Phone, follow the below steps. 

  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until "Power off" appears.
  2. Tap Power Off.
  3. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Android logo.
