Payment

Payment for Prezzee Business orders can be made safely and securely by credit card or bank transfer (direct deposit). Once you are ready to proceed with payment for an order, go to Orders, click Proceed To Payment or Pay Now

 

Bank Transfer
To pay for an order via bank transfer (direct deposit), follow the below steps.

  1. Click Bank Transfer (top left tab), click Submit Order. 
    Optional: 
    Purchase Order - A Purchase Order number can be added to your invoice by using the Purchase Order field.
    Delivery - If you like to send the gift card at a specific time/date, unselect Deliver gift cards as soon as payment is processed. Once payment has been processed and received, you can decide on when to deliver the gift card via Prezzee Business. 
  2. The status of the order will change to Awaiting payment
  3. To complete the bank transfer, download a copy of the unpaid invoice by clicking Download Invoice. The invoice will contain the bank transfer (direct deposit) details required for you to make the bank transfer. Please ensure you enter the order number in the bank transfer reference.
  4. Prezzee will notify you as soon as the payment has been received and gift cards have been successfully delivered.

If you have unselected the delivery option Deliver gift cards as soon as payment is processed, to send the gift cards, go to Orders, and click Send Now. You'll receive an email notification once all the gift cards have been successfully delivered.

Important:
Depending on the bank or financial institution, the time required to process bank transfers may vary.

 

Credit Card
To pay for an order by credit card, follow the below steps. 

  1. Click Credit Card (top right tab), enter your credit card details and click Pay.
    Optional:
    Delivery - If you'd like to send the gift card at a specific time/date, unselect Deliver gift cards as soon as payment is processed. Once payment has been completed, you can decide on when to deliver the gift card via Prezzee Business.
  2. Once the credit card payment has been completed, gift cards will be delivered.

If you have unselected the delivery option Deliver gift cards as soon as payment is processed, to send the gift cards, go to Orders, and click Send Now. You'll be notified by email once all the gift cards have been successfully delivered.

Important:
Under Review - Our team may be required to review your order, you will be notified once the review process has been completed.

 

Change Payment Method
Payment method can be changed if you have submitted an order for bank transfer payment and have yet to make the bank transfer via your bank or financial institution. Simply locate the order in Orders and click Cancel transfer. Once bank transfer has been cancelled in Orders, the order will return to draft status. 

 

Once all the cards of an order have been delivered, the status of the order will change to Completed. A copy of the invoice will sent to you, or to download a copy, click Download Invoice in Orders.
