When the recipient has not received the gift card, there are a few things that you can do.
First, please carefully check the email address of the recipient. The email address of the recipient can be found on the invoice for the order. If there is a discrepancy with the email address, please let us know and we can try to resend the gift card to the correct email address.
Secondly, please ask the recipient to check all their email inboxes including junk, spam or tab (in the case of Gmail).
