Can I cancel an eGift card once it has been sent out?

Your purchase of each Gift Card is governed by certain terms and conditions established by the issuing Retailer. Retailers set expiration dates for Gift Cards in addition to other restrictions and requirements. Please review all applicable Retailers’ terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any Gift Card.

 

Under what circumstances can I request a refund?

Refunds are not something Prezzee can provide unless it is a very specific case. Please speak to your relevant account manager (or email corporate@prezzee.com.au) if this is something you require clarification on.
