POS Scanner Failed to Read Barcode on my eGift Card

On occasions, the Point Of Sale (POS) scanner at check out may experience difficulty in picking up the eGift Card barcode on your smart phone.

To resolve this, simply increase the screen brightness of your smart phone. Alternatively you can ask for the gift card code to be entered manually.
