Where is my bonus gift card?

Once your order has been completed and you have received the tax invoice, the bonus gift card will be sent to you shortly. If you have not received the bonus gift card, please ensure you have checked all your junk/spam inboxes (for Gmail, please also check your promotions tab). 

If you still have not received the bonus gift card 30 minutes after the completion of your order, please contact our Customer Care Team with the below details. 

1. Order number
2. Your email and phone number used to sign up to Prezzee
3. The gift card that you have purchased.
