Reset Password

Reset your password through the Prezzee website: 

1. Go to the Prezzee site
2. Press the "Log In" button in the top right 
3. Press the link underneath the "Log in" button where it says "Forgot your password? Click here to reset"
4. Enter the email address for your Prezzee account and press "Reset my password"
5. Locate the reset password email in your email inbox and press "Reset Password"
6. Enter your new password and press "Reset"

Or reset your password through the Prezzee mobile app:

1. Open the mobile app
2. Press the "Sign In" button
3. Press the "Forgot?" link next to Password
4. Enter the email address for your Prezzee account and press "Reset"
5. Locate the reset password email in your email inbox and press "Reset Password"
6. Enter your new password and press "Reset"

Now you can sign into your Prezzee account using your newly set password.
