What is a One-Time Password (OTP)?

One-Time Password (OTP) is a unique code that is sent to your phone number whenever you log in to your Prezzee Wallet. These are typically used for security purposes.

Did not receive your OTP?

Please see the below troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure that the latest software updates are present on the phone, and that no applications are interfering or filtering incoming SMS messages.
  2. Restart the device to force it to reconnect to the local base station.
  3. Re-test message delivery to check if the problem persists.
  4. If applicable, re-test using the same SIM card with a different handset and vice versa.
  5. If none of these steps help, please contact carrier support and work with them to ensure no filters or blocks are preventing you from receiving messages, that your account is allowed to receive messages, and to confirm whether the handset itself is reachable and communicating with the carrier’s network.
