Once you log into your Prezzee account on a web browser, you can change your account information under My Account > My details

Changing Your Phone Number (if you still have access to the old phone number)

To the right of your listed phone number, click the blue Change hyperlink. This will prompt an email to be delivered to your listed email address. Select the blue Change Phone Number button in this email to open the browser portal, then type in the new phone number and hit Update

Changing Your Phone Number (if you no longer have access to the old phone number)

Please contact our Customer Care Team to update your phone number.

Changing Your Email Address

To the right of your listed email address, click the blue Change hyperlink. This will prompt an SMS to be delivered to your listed mobile phone number. Click the hyperlink in the text message enter your new email address and hit Update.

If you forgot your registered email, click on the Forgot Email? option to update your email address. You will receive an SMS with your registered email.
