A Prezzee Plus eGift Card is a Prezzee-issued card that allows you to choose a recommended brand, plus give your recipient the option to swap it for another.
If your recipient doesn’t want to spend their gift at the brand you selected for them, they can easily swap it for a variety of brands.
With a favourite brand in hand, and a wide variety of brands to choose from, they’re sure to find something they love!
2. How do I use my Prezzee Plus eGift Card?
To use your Prezzee Plus eGift Card, choose whether you’d like to:
Shop at the brand you were given
Or
Swap it for another available brand of your choice

Once you’ve made your choice, a new eGift Card will be issued, with an expiry date and Terms & Conditions of the chosen brand.
Tip: You’ll need a stable internet connection to complete your ‘Shop or Swap’ experience.
3. How can I buy a Prezzee Plus eGift Card?
Buying a Prezzee Plus eGift Card is as easy as buying any Prezzee!
1. Choose the brand you think your recipient would love, make sure it is marked as a “Prezzee plus eGift Card”
2. Choose the card value, wrapping, delivery method and time

4. What brands can the Prezzee Plus eGift Card be swapped for?
The Prezzee Plus eGift Cards can be swapped for a wide variety of brands.
5. How do I swap my Prezzee Plus eGift Card for another brand?
Swapping your Prezzee Plus eGift Card is quick and easy:
- Launch your gift from your Prezzee Wallet or from the gift email we sent you
- Select “I’ll swap for another brand” (if you don’t have a Prezzee Wallet, select “Choose where to spend it” and then “I’ll swap for another brand”)
- Browse through the participating brands and select the brand you wish to swap for
- Confirm your selection
You’re all done!
Your new eGift Card will appear in your Prezzee wallet, ready for you to spend it.
If you don’t have a Prezzee wallet, your new card will be available through the same link in the original gift email we sent you.
Please note:
Once swapped, your chosen eGift Card cannot be re-swapped, cancelled or refunded, so make sure to choose something you’re happy with.
6. How do I keep the brand I was given with a Prezzee Plus eGift Card?
To shop at the brand your gifter has chosen for you:
- Launch your gift from your Prezzee Wallet or from the gift email we sent you
- Select “I’ll shop at this brand”, or, if you don’t have a Prezzee Wallet, select “Choose where to spend it” and then “I’ll shop at this brand”
- Confirm your selection and agree to the T&C
You’re all done!
Your brand eGift Card will appear in your Prezzee wallet, ready for you to spend it.
If you don’t have a Prezzee wallet, your branded card will be available through the same link in the original gift email we sent you.
Please note:
Once making your selection, your chosen eGift Card cannot be swapped, cancelled or refunded, so make sure to choose something you’re happy with.
7. How long are Prezzee Plus eGift Cards valid for?
Prezzee Plus eGift Cards are valid for 3 years from the day of issue.
Once swapped, the expiry date will be according to the brand selected.
8. Can I change my mind after choosing a brand with my Prezzee Plus eGift Card?
No.
Once chosen, your new eGift Card cannot be re-swapped, cancelled or refunded, so it’s important to make sure you choose something you’re happy with.
9. I can’t swap my Prezzee Plus eGift Card
We’re sorry to hear that, let’s fix that!
If you’re getting an error message when trying to swap your card:
That brand may be out of stock, but it’s most likely to be back in stock the day after. Try again tomorrow or alternatively, swap for another brand. If that doesn’t work, contact us.
If you’re in the store and can’t complete the swap:
You will need a stable internet connection to be able to swap your card. If you are in store, check your internet connection or join your nearest WIFI
