If you received your Gift Card by email: You can search for your Prezzee Gift Card email in your Inbox; search for who sent you your Gift Card, e.g., the name of the person, or the name of the business. We also recommend checking your Other or Junk Folders too.
If you received your Gift Card by SMS: Gift Cards sent by SMS will be sent from Prezzee; try searching your SMS Inbox for Prezzee.
No luck?
You can ask the person who sent you the gift to resend it through our Gift Tracker. All they need is their original Order Number.
Otherwise, send us your request and preferred email address to Help@Prezzee.com and we’ll resend your gift there.
