Lost your Gift Email?
If you've lost your Gift email, put a typo in your email address, or would simply like to resend your Gift card, you can!

How can I resend the gift card?
Gift cards will be sent to the same email address entered upon purchasing the gift cards.
Via My Orders through the Prezzee Account:
- Log in to your Prezzee Wallet.
- Click on 'My Account' then 'My Orders', look for the gift card you want to resend and click on 'View Order'.
- Select 'Resend Gift Card'.
Via Gift Tracker:
- Enter your Order Number (Prezzee or Afterpay).
- Select 'Resend Gift Card'.
Can I update the recipient's email in the Gift Tracker?
Updating the recipient's email can only be done in case of a failed delivery.
- Enter your Order Number (Prezzee or Afterpay) in our Gift Tracker
- Select ‘Update details’ and resend the gift card.
