How to Swap your Prezzee Smart Gift Card

The Prezzee Smart Gift Card (or the Co-branded Smart Gift Card) allows the recipient to swap their Prezzee Smart Gift Card to one retailer for or up to 5 retailer Gift cards at a time. on our platform of their choice!

Please make sure that you have a Prezzee account, if sign up for one.

To swap your Prezzee smart Gift Card, follow the following steps:

1. Open your Smart Card in your wallet and select “Swap it for another brand”.
2. Browse or search the Explore page and choose the retailer card you want.
3. Select an available denomination.
4. You can add up to 5 retailer cards in one Swap session just click the “Add New Card”.
5. Review your selected cards, accept the terms and conditions, and confirm.
6. Your new retailer card(s) will then appear in your wallet.
7. You’re all done!

You can spend your new card once available or you can keep it for later, just make sure to check the expiry date.

To keep your cards safe and handy, we recommend saving them to your Prezzee Wallet.

Make sure you’re certain of the retailers you’d like to swap your Prezzee Smart Gift Card for, as once you’ve swapped all or part of your Smart Gift card value it cannot be exchanged for another retailer later on if you change your mind.
