To enhance security and prevent authorized access to your gift card, every gift sent via Prezzee will include a four-digit security PIN. You will find the four-digit security PIN in the gift email. Once you have located the security PIN, please click “Unwrap your gift”
On the security PIN screen, unlock your gift by entering the four-digit security from the gift email.
Now that you have unlocked your gift, you can unwrap your gift!
If you have received the gift via SMS, the security PIN will be included in the SMS.
