In this guide, we'll teach you how to create your own Branded Card with your own design from Prezzee Business.
Let’s get started!
When logged into Prezzee Business, access the Branded Cards feature by clicking on “Branded Cards” in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
Or, if this is your first time logging in, you can select “Exciting! Show me”.
Unable to see the link? Fill out this form and we will get you access. Or you can always get in touch with your organisation’s Account Manager.
How do I start creating my Branded Card?
In the Branded Cards section, you can create your own Branded Cards or view past creations.
If this is your first time, simply select “Create a Branded Card” to create your very first Branded Card. If you need a refresher on how to do so, select “How to Use”.
If you already have Branded Cards created, select “Get started”.
How do I name my Branded Card?
In order to create your Branded Card, you will need to enter your display name which will appear on your card. Double check that what you’ve entered is correct and to your liking.
The display name you entered will be appended with “Smart eGift Card”. The annotation of “Smart eGift Card” helps our Customer Care team in providing the best support for you.
Remember, that once you have confirmed the display name, you will not be able to make any changes from within Prezzee Business.
If you need to make any changes or further customisations to your Branded Card, get in touch with us by filling out this form or contact your organisation’s Account Manager.
Next you will upload your Branded Card image.
How do I add an image to my Branded Card?
You will need to upload your image that will appear on your card.
By selecting “Upload image” you will be taken to the screen where you can crop and resize the image. Easily move the rectangle on the screen to crop, and use the slider to zoom in and out on it.
Ensure images are uploaded in JPG or PNG format. The recommended dimensions for the image are at least 452 pixels wide by 242 pixels in height for optimal viewing of your image on your Branded Card.
Remember, that once you have confirmed the image, and created your Branded Card, you won’t be able to make any further changes from within Prezzee Business.
If you need to make any changes or further customisations to your Branded Card, get in touch with us by filling out this form or contact your organisation’s Account Manager.
Note: Navigating back or away from this page without creating your Branded Card will cause the display name and image to disappear and be lost.
