We have revamped our ordering process to provide you with a more seamless and intuitive experience. Here are the key improvements:

Stepped Navigation Interface
We've modernised the interface by introducing a familiar stepped navigation system, similar to what you’ve experienced in our Campaign Setup. This design allows you to easily follow and understand each stage of the ordering process, ensuring you never miss a step and always know what's coming next.

Improved Payment Type and Prepaid Balance Visibility
To make managing your payments easier, we've enhanced the visibility of the payment type. You can now effortlessly see your available balance ensuring a smoother checkout experience. This allows you to monitor your spending and make informed decisions about your purchases.

Increased Gift Card Flexibility
We've improved our gift card ordering process to give you more choice! You're no longer restricted in sending the same gift card in every order based on the card you selected in the Campaign Setup. Don’t worry - we’ve kept the option to give different gift card values just removed the gift card restriction. These changes make it easier for you to create gift card orders that best suit your needs and preferences.

Simplified Ordering with the "We Send" Delivery Method
We have combined the Send Links and Upload CSV functionalities to create the "We Send" delivery method, making your ordering process more straightforward and efficient. Here’s a detailed guide on how to use this new feature:

Start by setting up the basic details of your order:

1. Name Your Order: Provide a unique name for your order to help you easily identify it later.

2. Select the Expiry Date: We've moved the expiry date selection to this step for better visibility. Choose an expiry date that suits your needs.

3. Select Recipient Timezone: Ensure timely delivery by selecting the appropriate timezone for your recipients.

4. Select Payment Type: Choose your preferred payment method.

Step 2: Choose Your Gift Card
Next, select the gift card you wish to send. Browse through our range of Smart Cards or your own Branded Cards and choose the one that best fits your needs.

1. Navigate to Gift Card Selection: Once you’ve set up your order details, proceed to the gift card selection step.

2. Select Gift Card: Choose the gift card that best fits your needs. The selected card design and value will be used in your recipient spreadsheet. Gift card values shown here can be assigned to recipients in the next step, making it easy to choose the perfect amount for each person.

3. Customise for Each Order: Repeat the process for each order within your campaign, selecting different gift cards as needed.

Step 3: Upload Recipients
In this step, you will provide the necessary recipient information. This process is divided into four simple sub-steps to ensure clarity and ease:

1. Upload Recipient Information: Upload a CSV file or manually enter the recipient details. This ensures that all your recipients' information is accurately captured.

2. Customise the Email: Tailor the email message that will accompany the gift card. Add a personal touch to make it special for your recipients.

3. Select the Expiry Date: Reaffirm the expiry date chosen in Step 1, ensuring it aligns with your requirements.

4. Select Recipient Timezone: Double-check the timezone to guarantee accurate delivery times.

We’ve made significant improvements to the CSV upload process based on your valuable feedback. These changes aim to simplify the process and resolve issues related to date formatting and other complexities. Here’s what you need to know:

Simplified CSV File
The new CSV file format now only contains essential recipient information, making it easier and more straightforward to use.

Enhanced Upload Experience
We've enhanced the CSV upload experience by providing detailed error messages upon upload. This ensures you can quickly identify and correct any issues with your file.

Old CSV Template Elements and Changes

- Batch Reference: This field has been removed from the CSV file and is now part of Step 1 - Set Up Order. You can name your order during this step.

- Gift Card Name: Gift card selection is now done in Step 2 - Choose Card. Here, you can choose your gift card and see the card's design and available values.

- Gift Card Value: This information is still part of the new CSV template.

- Expiry Date (YYYY-MM-DD): This field has been moved to Step 1 - Set Up Order to address ongoing date formatting issues. The expiry date will now apply to the entire order.

- Card Payment Method: This has also been moved to Step 1 - Set Up Order. You can now see your available account balance and ensure you have sufficient funds in your account.

- Recipient Name (Optional): This remains part of the CSV file.

- Recipient Email Address: This remains part of the CSV file.

- Recipient Phone Number: This remains part of the CSV file.

- Message: To simplify the CSV file, this customization level has been removed. An email message will still apply to the entire order and can be defined in Step 4 - Customise Email.

- Customer Reference: This remains part of the CSV file.

New CSV Template
The new CSV template contains the following fields:

- Recipient Name (Optional)
- Recipient Email Address
- Recipient Phone Number
- Gift Card Value
- Customer Reference

What Has Been Removed

Bespoke Email Messages: You will no longer be able to send bespoke email messages to individual recipients. However, you can send the same email message to all recipients in Step 4 - Customise Email.

Steps for Using the New CSV Template

1. Prepare Your CSV File: Ensure your CSV file includes only the required fields: Recipient Name, Recipient Email Address, Recipient Phone Number, Gift Card Value, and Customer Reference.

2. Upload the CSV File: Go to Step 3 - Upload Recipients, and upload your CSV file. If there are any issues, detailed error messages will help you identify and correct them.

3. Customise Your Email: In Step 4 - Customise Email, define the email message that will be sent to all recipients. This step ensures consistency in communication.

Step 4: Customise Email
Finally, further personalise the email that will be sent to your recipients. Customise the message to match the occasion or the sentiments you wish to convey, making your gift even more meaningful and memorable.

Summary of the 4 Steps

1. Set Up Your Order: Name your order, select the expiry date, recipient timezone, and payment type.

2. Choose Your Gift Card: Select the perfect gift card.

3. Upload Recipients: Provide recipient details, customise the email, and reaffirm the expiry date and timezone.

4. Customise Email: Add a personal touch to your email message.

By merging Send Links and Upload CSV into the "We Send" delivery method, we've made the ordering process more efficient and user-friendly. We hope this step-by-step guide helps you easily navigate our new and improved system.
