How to Buy and Send in the new Prezzee Business Checkout

  1. From your account dashboard, click Start Order and click Buy & Send eGift Card via Prezee- this is when we will send out the gift emails to your recipients for you. You just need to provide their details.
  2. Enter recipient details - Name, email address, mobile number (optional). You can add as many recipients as you want by clicking Add Recipients.
  3. Select an eGift Card. You will be able to browse through our range of Prezzee Smart and retailer eGift Cards. You are now able to read about each eGift Card and have more information before you select!
  4. Customise your greeting card. This is what recipients see in their emails when they receive your gift. You can choose your sender profile, a greeting theme image, and enter a greeting message.
    You can now upload a video message to your eGift card! You are also able to send yourself a test gift email so you can see how your gifts look when they reach recipients.
  5. Select your delivery options. Emails are the default way in which your gifts will be sent, but we also provide the option for SMS which is why we ask for your recipients’ mobile numbers if you wish. Extra charges apply.
    You are also able to tailor the email subject line for your gift, this way you can customise it according to your company guidelines or make it more personal.
  6. Select your delivery time. You can choose instant arrival or select a date and time for when you want your gifts to be sent.
  7. Review your order and pay!
