I clicked on “Create My Branded Card”, however it wouldn’t let me. How do I proceed with creating it?

There are issues when I try to create my Branded Card

If you see an error message when trying to create your Branded Card, we’re experiencing technical issues at that time. Please try to create your card again at a later time.

Can I zoom in/out and crop the space outside my uploaded image?

Yes, you will be able to zoom in/out when using the cropper tool to fit the size of the card design dimensions.

If the cropped area includes space outside the image, it should appear as white on the card design, as illustrated below.

How do I make changes, or remove my Branded Card that I have created?

Get in touch with us here or with your organisation’s Account Manager and we can assist you with making further changes to your Branded Cards.

I already have existing Branded Cards that were created for my organisation. Will I be able to view them?

Yes, any Branded Cards already created for your organisation will appear in the list of “Your Branded Cards” on the Branded Cards section.

What is the maximum file size that can be uploaded for the branded card image?

We have tested the maximum file size for uploading an image up to 50MB and it works. However, loading the image may take a while. Consider uploading an image with a smaller file size.

After I upload my image, the background / entire design looks black. Why is it the case?

This occurs when the image uploaded has a transparent background. Ensure the image is opaque and has a non-transparent background in order to see it with the correct colour.

We hope this guide will be useful to you and your business!
