What is the Prezzee Mastercard Digital Gift Card?
The Prezzee Mastercard Digital Gift Card is a prepaid Mastercard powered by Vault and fully branded by Prezzee.
It combines the flexibility of a Mastercard with the convenience of digital gifting, allowing recipients to spend online and in-store using their mobile wallet.
Who can purchase the Prezzee Mastercard?
The Prezzee Mastercard Digital Gift Card is available to eligible Prezzee Business customers.
How do I purchase a Prezzee Mastercard?
- Log in to your Prezzee Business account.
- Select the Prezzee Mastercard Digital Gift Card.
- Choose the gift card value.
- Enter recipient details.
- Complete payment and send the gift card.
The recipient will receive a Prezzee Gift Email containing instructions to claim and redeem their card.
What values can I purchase?
You can purchase a Prezzee Mastercard Digital Gift Card with a value between:

Are there any fees?
Yes.
A $4.50 issuance fee (including GST) applies to each Prezzee Mastercard Digital Gift Card purchased.
Any applicable fees will be displayed during checkout.
How long is the card valid for?
The Prezzee Mastercard Digital Gift Card expires 3 years from the date of issue.
What does the recipient need to do?
Recipients will need to:
1. Open the link in your Prezzee email and register using the 4-digit PIN provided in the email.
2. In the Prezzee app, tap Reveal Card Details, then select Get Your Card and Redeem Now.
3. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and mobile number, then tap Submit. For quick and easy access, add your card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
4. To pay in store, simply tap your phone at the payment terminal just like you would with a regular credit card.
5. To shop online, open the Prezzee app to view your 16-digit card number and 3-digit CVV, then enter these details at checkout as you would with any standard card.
Once added to a supported mobile wallet, the card can be used wherever Mastercard is accepted.

Recipients can add their Prezzee Mastercard to:

- Google Wallet*
- Samsung Wallet*
* Google Wallet and Samsung Wallet require an NFC-enabled device for contactless payments.
