You can get back into Prezzee Business in a few minutes. The right fix depends on how you usually sign in.
If you usually sign in with Google or Apple
Prezzee Business uses an email address and password to sign in, and Google and Apple sign-in aren't available on Prezzee Business right now. You can set a password in a couple of steps:
- Go to the Prezzee Business login page for your region.
- Select Forgot your password?.
- Follow the link in the email to create a password.
- Sign in to Prezzee Business with your email address and new password.
You can keep using Google or Apple to sign in to your personal Prezzee account. This password is for Prezzee Business.
If your new password isn't working
Your Prezzee Business password is managed separately for each region. A password reset made on the Prezzee website, or for Prezzee Business in another region, may not update your Prezzee Business password everywhere.
To fix it:
- Go to the login page of the Prezzee Business region you're trying to access.
- Select Forgot your password?.
- Follow the link in the email to set a new password for that region.
A note on your profile details
Changes made to your details in Prezzee Business apply only to that region's Prezzee Business account. To update your name or details across all of your accounts, make the change on the Prezzee website.
