How do I delete my Prezzee account?

We’ll be sad to see you go, but you can delete your Prezzee account by following these steps:

If you are an iOS, Android, or Web user:

1. Go to ‘My Account’
2. Choose ‘Account Details’
3. Click on ‘Delete my account’
4. Follow the prompts to complete the deletion process Once completing this process, your account will first be deactivated for 5 days, during which you can log back in and restore it.
   
   After 5 days, we’ll kick off the deletion process and within 5 additional days your account, related cards, and some personal data will be permanently deleted.

   Make sure to print any remaining eGift Cards in your account before deleting it.
