We’ll be sad to see you go, but if you’ve made up your mind, deleting your Prezzee account is easy!
To delete your Prezzee account, go to My Details and select Delete Account.
Before you confirm, here's what to know:
- You have a 5-day cooling-off period. If you change your mind, simply log back in during this time and the deletion is cancelled — no further action needed.
- If you don't log back in within 5 days, we'll begin deleting your account in each region where you hold one.
- Any gift card(s) left in your Wallet will be permanently deleted once your account is removed, so print them first if you'd like to keep using them.
- Any scheduled gift card(s) will still be sent within 10 days, but without any attached messages, photos, or videos, and you won't be able to track or resend them.
- Your personal data, along with related gift cards, videos, photos and messages, will be deleted. Some personal data may be retained where required for regulatory reasons — see our Privacy Policy for details.
