The Prezzee Wallet allows you to easily view and manage your Gift Cards. To access your Wallet, simply launch the Prezzee app on your smartphone, sign in, and tap Wallet.
To browse Gift Cards received and purchased for yourself, simply swipe left or right. By tapping on a Gift Card, you will find additional card information such as balance and expiry date. Gift Cards received from friends will display with a message from the sender.
You can also access your Prezzee Wallet via our website www.prezzee.com.au. Once you have landed on the website, sign in and click Wallet.

For Gift Cards that do not support real-time balance check, Prezzee will attempt to provide you with a link to an external website where you can enter the Gift Card number and check the balance.
Once you have used all the remaining balance of a Gift Card and wish to remove the card from your Prezzee Wallet, follow the below steps.
- Tap on the card
- Tap the options menu (3 dots in the top right corner of the screen)
- Select Archive card.
Please note once a card has been archived, it cannot be unarchived through the app.
For certain vouchers and Gift Cards, there will be an additional receipt in the options menu.
