Why is my account disabled or suspended?

What happens when my account is disabled?
If your account is disabled in one region, you will also be unable to access your accounts in other regions.
This means that even if your account in another region appears active, you will not be able to access it while your account is disabled.
I have accounts in multiple regions. What does this mean for me?
Account access is connected across regions. A disabled account in one region can prevent access to your accounts in other regions.
