You don't need a new account — your existing Prezzee sign-in details (email address and password, or Google/Apple) work in every region.
Already have an account? Sign in instead
Prezzee supports one email address and password across all your regional profiles. When the Sign Up page says your email address already exists, sign in to your existing account instead of creating a new one.
Sign in with your existing account
- Go to the bottom of the Sign Up page.
- Select Login.
- Enter the email address used for your existing Prezzee account.
- Enter your existing Prezzee password.
- Follow any prompts to finish signing in.
Use your existing sign-in method
If you normally sign in with a password, use the password connected to your existing Prezzee account.
If you normally use Google or Apple, select the same sign-in method where it is available. Signing in to Prezzee Business? It uses an email address and password, and Google and Apple sign-in aren't available there right now.
Reset a forgotten password
If you can't remember your password, select Forgot your password? on the Login page and follow the instructions sent to your email address.
After resetting your password, use the new password when signing in to Prezzee in any region.
