How can I change my phone number?
Need to update your phone number on your Prezzee account? No problem! Once you log into your Prezzee account, you can easily change your account information.
IMPORTANT: When you change your phone number, this affects your login codes (MFA) across ALL regions.
This means that when you change your phone number, your new number will be used for your login codes across your regional accounts.
Before changing your phone number, make sure you have access to the new phone number so you can receive your MFA or login codes. A feature to manage separate phone numbers per region is coming soon.
Please note that, similar to phone numbers, your account email is now synchronized globally.
Ready to change your phone number? Just follow these easy steps:
Changing your phone number:
- Log into your Prezzee account on a web browser or in the Prezzee App, and navigate to My Account and select 'My details' or 'Account details' (in-app).
- Select ‘Change’ or 'Change Mobile Number' (in-app) next to your phone number. You’ll receive an email to your registered address.
- Follow the link in the email, enter your new phone number, and select ‘Update’.
