Need to update your email address on your Prezzee account? No problem! Just make sure you have access to your new email address and have your phone handy before you start, so you can complete the verification process.
Important Reminder: Your email address is synchronized across your regional accounts. If you update your email address in one region, the change will also apply to your other linked regional accounts.
Please make sure you use an email address you want associated with all your regional accounts.
Ready to change your email address? Just follow these easy steps:
- Log into your Prezzee account.
- Navigate to My Account and select ' My details'
- Select ‘Change’ next to your email address.
- You’ll receive an SMS on your registered mobile number.
- Follow the link in the SMS, enter your new email, and select ‘Update’.
- If you forgot your email, select Forgot email? to receive an SMS reminder with your registered address.
