Prezzee now supports Google and Apple sign-up and login across all regions on both the Prezzee website and mobile app.
You can still use your email address and password. Google and Apple provide additional ways to access your Prezzee account.
Sign Up or Log In with Google
To access Prezzee with Google:
- Open the Prezzee website or mobile app.
- Select Sign Up or Log In.
- Select Continue with Google.
- Choose the Google account you want to use.
- Complete any verification requested by Google.
Use the same Google account each time you access Prezzee.
Sign Up or Log In with Apple
To access Prezzee with Apple:
- Open the Prezzee website or mobile app.
- Select Sign Up or Log In.
- Select Continue with Apple.
- Sign in using your Apple ID.
- Complete any verification requested by Apple.
Use the same Apple ID and email option each time you access Prezzee.
Connect Social Login to an Existing Account
You can connect Google or Apple login to an existing password-based Prezzee account when both accounts use the same email address.
If the email address connected to Google or Apple is different from your Prezzee account email, the system may treat them as separate accounts. This can result in a new or empty wallet.
To access your original wallet, sign out and log in again using the email address and method originally connected to that account.
Use Apple Hide My Email
When signing up or logging in with Apple, you may have the option to hide your personal email address.
You can use Apple’s private email option when signing up and logging in. Make sure you use the same email option each time. If you sign up using your private email but later try to log in with your personal email, you may see a warning or be directed to a different account.
Google does not offer an equivalent private email feature.
Find a Gift Card Missing from Your Wallet
If you log in but cannot see your gift card, you may have accessed a different account or wallet.
Try the following:
- Sign out of Prezzee.
- Confirm whether you originally used Google, Apple or email and password.
- Log in again using the original method.
- If you used Google, select the same Google account.
- If you used Apple, select Continue with Apple and use the same Apple ID and email option.
- Check that you are accessing the correct regional Prezzee account.
If the gift card is still missing, contact Customer Care and provide the following information.
If You Purchased the Gift Card
Provide your order number.
If You Received the Gift Card
Provide the email address to which the gift card was sent.
These details will help Customer Care locate the gift card and confirm which wallet it was saved to.
Access Prezzee Business with a Social-Login Account
Prezzee Business does not currently support Google or Apple login.
If you have only used Google or Apple to access your Prezzee consumer account, you must set a password before signing in to Prezzee Business:
- Go to the Prezzee Business login page.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address connected to your account.
- Open the password-reset email.
- Create a password.
- Return to Prezzee Business and sign in using your email address and new password.
