The quickest way into your account is the same Continue with Google or Continue with Apple option you usually use. When you sign in that way, your account may not have a password you've set, so a typed password won't match.
Why did this happen?
Prezzee uses one sign-in across your regional accounts. When you use Google or Apple, you never need to choose a Prezzee password — so if you try to sign in with your email address and a password (for example, in another region or on a new device), there's no password you know to enter.
The quickest fix
Select Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, the same option you usually use, wherever it's available. Your account and gift cards are right where you left them.
