Help receiving One-Time Passcode (OTP)

Have more questions? Submit a request

A One-Time Password (OTP) is a unique code / verification code that is sent to your email address or your phone number when you log in to your Prezzee Wallet. It is a quick and secure way to keep your Prezzee Wallet safe. We'll also send you a code when we haven't verified your details yet, and when you change the email address or phone number on your account.

Did not receive your OTP?
If you’re not receiving your OTP, don’t worry—try these troubleshooting steps to get things back on track:

Not receiving the code by email?

We're here to help! Let's get your code sorted. Quick checks first:
•  Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders
•  Look for the subject line "Your Prezzee account verification code"
•  Make sure your email provider's filters aren't blocking us
•  Give it up to five minutes — sometimes it takes a moment to arrive
•  Double-check the email address is spelled right
•  Tap 'Send new code' on the verification screen and we'll send another one your way

Not receiving the code by SMS?

If your number hasn't changed but the code isn't arriving, try the following:
•  Wait a few minutes — delivery times can vary depending on your carrier
•  If you've requested multiple codes, only the most recent one is valid
•  Check that messages from 'Prezzee' aren't blocked on your device
•  Put your phone on airplane mode for a few seconds, then back on, and request a fresh code
