Why it’s best to stick with one account
Having more than one Prezzee account can get a bit confusing—especially when it comes to figuring out where your gift cards are stored. That’s why we recommend keeping everything under a single account. Each account is tied to a unique email address and phone number, making it less likely to create duplicates. But if you’ve accidentally set up a second account, here’s what to do next.
What to do if you have a second account
If you find yourself with an extra account, follow these steps to close it down:
- Log into the account you accidentally created.
- Download any gift cards you still want from this account as PDFs to make sure you don’t lose access to them.
- Once you’ve saved everything you need, you can delete your account.
